Policies

- We kindly ask to have clothes, toys, etc, picked up before the time of your cleaning.

- Please have the thermostat set no lower than 74 degrees for cleaners.

- Form of payment must be present before cleaning.

- Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. (Rescheduling is subject to availability.) We understand life can be unpredictable, so we allow the first cancellation free; however, the client's credit card will be charged a cancellation fee of half of what their set price is. For example, Megan pays $150 for her cleaning, so her cancellation fee would be $75. 

- We do not climb higher than a 2-3 step ladder, anything higher will be dusted with an extension wooly.

- We do not clean urine or blood (human or animal.)
